WIGP Election Results Here are the results from our WIGP Fall 2022 internal elections: Sam Chance was elected Co-chair, Bill Breihan was elected Operations Treasurer, Barbara Dahlgren was elected Recording Secretary, Melissa Minkoff was elected Congressional District (CD) 2 representative, Mike McCallister was elected CD-4 representative, and Jo' Nathan Kingfisher was elected CD-7 representative. The West Virginia Mountain Party is proud to be part of the No Vote coalition that defeated all four proposed constitutional amendments put forth by the GOP. The West Virginia Republican Party’s horrendous anti-worker agenda, aiming to amend the State Constitution, was resoundingly rejected. We did it! Sharyl McFarland got 41,496 votes for Secretary of State in the November election for 1.6% of the statewide vote, securing the Wisconsin Green Party's presence on the ballot for partisan elections (including President) through 2026. We are grateful to all the California Greens who ran for office in California's November 8, 2022 elections and we want to congratulate the nine Greens who have won their seats.
