This conference call is designed for people who are running for office (and their key campaign staff & volunteers) as a Green Party candidates.  This particular session will cover:

  • What the Green New Deal is and how the Green Party's version is different 

  • How to translate the Green New Deal in to local policy and talking points

This call will feature remarks from Jill Stein and Howie Hawkins.

About Jill: Jill Stein is a physician and activist. She was the Green Party's nominee for President of the United States in the 2012 and 2016 elections and candidate for governor of Massachusetts in 2002 and 2010.

About Howie: A retired Teamster, Howie has campaigned for a Green New Deal for New York as the Green Party candidate for Governor of New York in 2010, 2014, and 2018.
