We did not get the election results we wanted for the Stein/Ware campaign, but we achieved over 2% in Texas, extending our ballot access and giving us the opportunity to build toward 2028 and beyond!  Thank you to Eddie Espinoza, our Railroad Commissioner candidate who got 2.75% in his statewide race, and thanks also to GPTX Cochair Aly Schmidt, Eddie's campaign manager & strategist, who put in many long hours all over the lone star state. We will see ads everywhere touting big savings on Veterans Day. Phrases like "thank you for your service" and "freedom isn't free" will blanket social media. But what about the actual people that served? Why are so many veterans homeless and unwell? Suicides are incredibly high in the veteran community. Have you ever asked yourself why? Why has our country given lip service to vets and not actually cared for them? We owe them much more than words and the once a year free meal at a local restaurant. Continue reading

  BUFFALO, N.Y. -- New York is the only state in the country where voters have only two choices on the ballot for president. Green Party of New York Co-Chair Gloria Mattera chalks that up to a 2020 state budget provision that increased the threshold for automatic party ballot access to 2% or 130,000 votes, whichever is higher, in presidential and gubernatorial elections.   Campaign Updates By Chris Robinson Pennsylvania elections are organized around an annual calendar: odd years are devoted to local elections, while even years are devoted to the election of candidates for state and national offices. During 2025 PA voters will elect local officials, while they will elect state and national officials in 2026. Offices to be elected during 2025 will include city, borough and township offices such as mayor, supervisor, auditor, sheriff and tax collector.
