Tuesday, January 23 @ 2:00 p.m. Please join the South Carolina Green Party (SCGP) to rally for Instant Runoff Voting (IRV) at the State House (Gervais Street side) from 2:00-4:00 on January 23rd.   The SC Green Party is part of a coalition organized by Better Ballot SC to promote IRV.  We are supporting legislation that would allow cities to adopt IRV for municipal elections.
