I'm writing to remind you that the North Carolina Green Party (NCGP) Fall/Winter Gathering is just two weeks away. Join us for music, food, refreshments, and radical politics December 7-9 at the Seedbed in Mebane. This is our first statewide gathering after our four historic Green Party campaigns, in which we earned over 100,000 votes. We're the first progressive/left party to be on the ballot in North Carolina since the 1980s!

The General Assembly is open to all members of the Green Party, and is the party's primary decision-making body. Our Delegates to the assembly are chosen by counties according to Article 7 of the GPCA bylaws. Delegates and guests will participate in various discussion and educational sessions. Join us for the Maryland Green Party's annual State Assembly on June 30th. Our 2018 host is the Howard County Green Party, holding the assembly in Elkridge, Maryland. The event will take place from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Elkridge Library.
We will have a selection of speakers, most notably former Co-chair Ian Schlakman and HUD RAB delegate Rev. Annie Chambers, who are running for Governor and Lt. Governor respectively. There will also be group discussions, panels, and workshops.
