Although we like to say that every day is Earth Day, we hope that today's observance helps you take time to reflect on your relationship with our planet. Although the Maryland Green Party has a comprehensive approach to politics based on many issues, we have always prioritized Ecological Wisdom as one of our pillars: "Human societies must function with the understanding that we are part of nature, not separate from nature. We must maintain an ecological balance and live within the ecological and resource limits of our communities and our planet. We support a sustainable society that utilizes resources in such a way that future generations will benefit and not suffer from the practices of our generation."

GPCA Endorses AB 2200, California Guaranteed Health Care for All Act

The Green Party of California has endorsed AB 2200, California Guaranteed Health Care for All Act (CalCare) which will begin the process of creating a universal single-payer system of equitable and just health care for every California resident, regardless of employment, income, age or immigration status.

The Texas Green Party's 2024's Precinct Conventions are on March 12th!  That's just a few weeks away, so the time to organize is RIGHT NOW, so let's get organized & informed TODAY!

Your Northwest Indiana Greens (NWI) worked hard in the lead up to the November elections last month. When the results came in that night we were disappointed. However, we are proud that the Northwest Indiana Green Party was able to field two professional and impactful campaigns in Lake and Porter counties. The dedication and commitment that was put in for well over a year by our candidates and their volunteers increased the recognition and clout of Greens in the politics of the region. As a small grassroots environmental and justice focused movement we were shapers of conversations in debates, forums and the press.

• Help the Illinois Greens with Ranked-Choice Voting

The Illinois Green Party calls for a true government of, by and for the people. This is only possible through easy access to voting by all people; proportional representation rather than the present winner take-all approach; accurate, untampered counting of every vote; and easy access of all people to the information they need to make informed decisions on who and what to vote for. The government should protect people and the planet from the excesses of moneyed interests.
