We'll take care of nominations and other year-end business from 7pm-7:45pm. Registered Green Party members who live and vote in Brooklyn can participate.
If you're not a Green Party member you are welcome to observe and learn more about GPBK!
Then at 8pm, all are welcome to participate in our workshop on "Organizing Conversations for Fun and Revolutionary Social Change!" If you're just coming to the workshop, please arrive between 7:45pm and 8pm.
How do you talk about politics with people who do not have the same frame of reference as you? How do you help people understand oppressive systems--and how to fight back--without sounding like a condescending jerk? Find out and get some practice!
Whether you're tabling or just talking to a new friend, the Organizing Conversation is an indispensible tool for building our movement.
