In Athens Georgia, the progressive heart of Georgia, students are hard at work, trying to build the Georgia Green Party from the ground up on our campus.

The Athens-Clarke County Green Party will be holding a meeting on February 4th, 2017. The meeting will take place between  2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. All are invited.

This event will be held in the Athens-Clarke County Library. Topics include discussion about local events that Greens and others could potentially get involved in such as divesting from banks in Athens that are known to fund the Dakota Access Pipeline (Bank of America). Plans for the annual meeting on February 25th will be discussed as well.  That meeting, also to be held at the Athens-Clarke County Library, will take place. from 2pm - 5pm.
