Attached please find the final determination from Secretary Fontes.  The Arizona Green Party has met the minimum signature requirement and is qualified as a new party for federal, statewide, and legislative races in the 2024 Primary and General Elections.

The Arizona Green Party (AZGP) new party petition sheets were for four years and TWO election cycles. So, therefore, the Arizona Green Party has now attained party recognition status, commonly known as ballot status, in Arizona for BOTH the 2024 and the 2026 election cycles.
