SAVE THE DATE! Our 2017 MGIP Annual Convention that will be held on Sunday, May 21st at Viles Arboretum, 153 Hospital Street, Augusta.

Registration will begin at 9:00AM and we will say farewell at 5:00 PM. A $20 registration fee is recommended, but no one will be turned away. We'll be sharing a potluck lunch, so please bring your favorite salads, appetizers or desserts!

This year in addition to regular Party business, we’re honored that Dr Jill Stein our 2012/2016 Presidential candidate and, from Maine Penobscot Tribe, Dawn Neptune Adams will be our speakers.

We’ll also vote on Party Bylaws. Changes must be submitted by April 21st. [info on where to submit to come]

The State Committee will have openings and we will be accepting nominations for both officers and members at large. We will also have nominations for National and International Representatives, to help keep Maine voices in the forefront of Green issues around the world.

We're looking for members for the newly formed Maine Green Women's Caucus. For more info on that, contact Jacqui vie email at [email protected]

We hope you will be a part of our annual gathering in this important year when we are welcoming Berners and other DemExit folks. We will have more information coming as we work out the schedule and other speakers. We look forward to seeing you there!
