We set records in 2018! We ran a record number of candidates and won a record number of votes. Several of our candidates earned 15% of the vote or more in races for the Maryland General Assembly. In areas of Baltimore, Montgomery County, and elsewhere, we are the second party, regularly winning more votes than the Republicans. In Western Maryland, where the Democrats frequently don't bother running, we are establishing the Green Party as the alternative to one-party Republican rule.

There's so much happening in 2019 – we want to keep you up to date on our activities!

For example, tonight, February 19th, at 7:30 pm we are holding an online webinar on marijuana policy in Maryland. Click here for information and links to participate online or by phone.

Here's our big project for the year: before we can run more great Green candidates in 2020 and 2022, we have to collect 10,000 signatures from registered voters in Maryland. We are required to do this under state law and have succeeded many times before. We know there's no magic trick to getting it done. It just takes many months of hard work.

You can help today! We need to raise money to produce materials, buy supplies, and be ready to pay professional petitioners during busy spring and summer events.
