This event organized by the Center for Critical Thought will feature various speakers from the Green Party, including Gloria Mattera, Anita Rios, Robin Harris, Michael O'Neil and Jay Ting Walker.

In this session they’ll explore the history of the Green Party as an international movement and its role in the United States, why the Left should consider political independence as a strategic priority, the Green Party’s embrace of Eco-Socialism and its trailblazing campaigns for a Green New Deal, and how we can all fight for more fair and democratic elections that will result in more diverse views and representation in government, regardless of party membership.
