(Missoula, Mt) Montana Green Party announces that it has received commitment statements from five of the candidates who will be running on their ticket in 2018.
On Friday the Montana Green party issued a statement denouncing John Gibney of HD85 for his refusal to apologize for the bigoted remarks he made during an anti-immigration rally in 2016. In this statement party leaders addressed the concerns which have been raised regarding the legitimacy of their remaining 5 candidates; stating that they had requested each of these candidates to issue statements regarding their commitment to the Green Party and its values.
