It is with a heavy heart that the Green Party of Minnesota shares that Dave Bicking, a longtime Green and community activist, passed away this morning.

Dave was a widely respected leader in South Minneapolis and constantly spearheaded fights to hold law enforcement accountable and make the world more peaceful.

Because of him, Minneapolis and the entire world is a better place.

We will miss you. Rest in power, Dave.

Dave Bicking, from Communities United Against Police Brutality, presented Bulletproof Warrior training materials that are now published for the first time.

"We have here today, some copies of the actual training materials used in the Bulletproof Warrior course back in 2014. A brave friend of ours, infiltrated the course, he was actually in the same session at Officer Yanez, who killed Philando Castile."
