Last month we (National Single Payer) launched our campaign for the Declaration of Independence from the Medical-Industrial Complex. Since you were a great supporter of our 2025 National Day of Action, we would love to have you on board for our next campaign as we answer Maryland Representative Chris Van Hollen’s challenge to engage folks in every congressional district in every state in the fight for National Single Payer, free from profit.

Can you hear it?

The anger. The exhaustion. The refusal to accept one more polished speech and one more fake fix.

People are drowning in co-pays, medical debt, rising premiums, expired ACA credits, and Medicaid cuts. Workers are trapped in jobs they cannot leave because their families need health insurance. Paychecks stall while health care giants cash in. And while politicians tell us to be patient, our tax dollars keep flowing to war and militarism instead of care, treatment, and human dignity.

Enough.

The medical-industrial complex is not broken. It is doing exactly what it was built to do: enrich insurers, drug companies, hospital systems, and profiteers while ordinary people pay the price.

We reject it.

Join us in building a national movement for comprehensive, universal, single-payer, improved Medicare for All, free from profit — health care as a human right, not a revenue stream.

Our tax dollars should heal our neighbors, not feed war. Our healthcare system should serve people, not profit. And 2026 must be the year single payer becomes impossible to ignore.
