Election News
Stephen Verchinsk, Green Party Candidate for House District 25
This is a mid-NE Heights district in Albuquerque. Please volunteer or donate at stephen4nm.com and help Stephen Verchinski highlight important issues.
Appointed PRC Amendment
GPAMA opposes this effort to replace five elected commissioners to the PRC with three appointed ones. Public oversight is essential; "industry-expert" regulators regulating their own industries is not the way to go. The proposed change would decrease representation and further erode opportunities for independent and minor party candidates to represent the array of voices of the people of New Mexico. Please vote No on this amendment.
