Please join us in person or online via zoom as we remember and celebrate the life and legacy of Madelyn Hoffman. We welcome all of those who have known Madelyn to attend and speak. We also thank Seth Kaper-Dale for providing the space for this event. The event will start precisely in the church at 11am and run until 1pm. Afterwards, for those attending in person, there will be a reception in the Social Hall from 1pm until approximately 2pm.

There is a limit of 200 in the church so please complete the form attached on how many guests you will be bringing and if you plan to speak. There are a limited number of copies of Madelyn's recently published book "A Fleeting Glance" for those interested. Proceeds from these remaining sales will still be donated back to families Madelyn supported through publishing of this book.

If you have any photos you would like to share of Madelyn please email them to [email protected] by Friday November 13th to have them included in a slideshow.
