On April 21, U.S. District Court Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer, orally described substantial relief she intends to order for minor party and independent candidates for the Illinois 2020 election. We are awaiting the final ruling, however it appears that due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions making public petitioning impossible and unsafe for petitioners, IL will be granted automatic 2020 Ballot Access for President and two congressional offices and greatly reduced ballot access for other offices! The Stein/Baraka campaign was on the ballot in 2016 receiving over 74,000 votes! Other Greens in Illinois for federal or statewide race got anywhere from 3-6% of the vote.
