Indiana Green Party is presently pursuing a legal challenge to the constitutionality of Indiana’s ballot access legislation. Indiana has some of the highest ballot access petition signature requirements and the most restrictive ballot access laws in the country.

If we can achieve 2% of the vote for Secretary of State in 2022, ballot access will be retained for 2024 without having to re-petition. You can help with petitioning, mobilizing voters for our candidates, and engaging the public. Please fill out the ballot access volunteer form and contact coordinator below.
