These ARE unprecedented times and there ARE things you can do to help shape them.  So let's go in chronological order ...

The Green Party of Monroe County and Dave Sutliff-Atias for City Council campaign has joined a coalition of groups that are coming together this Tuesday, August 26th to fight for LBGTQ+ rights.  The Greens have always been in the thick of things in fighting injustice and this is no different.  Join us!

WHAT: Come For 1, Fight Us All

WHEN: Tuesday, August 26th, 4:30pm

WHERE: Monroe County Courthouse, 99 Exchange Blvd, Rochester NY.  At approximately 5:40pm we'll march to Rochester City Hall to demonstrate as well.

As always, The Green Party of Monroe County will show our solidarity to labor by marching in this year's Labor Day Parade.  Please join us as well as other groups who have been with us this summer in a number of parades.  We'll have a specific time and place later in the week, but for now, please plan on joining us the morning of Monday, September 1st somewhere in the East Ave & Alexander St area downtown.  Details coming soon.

Not only will you be able to show your solidarity with the rest of the working class, but you can also grab some campaign materials to help support the one Green who is running for local office this year.

And speaking of Dave Sutliff-Atias, who is running for Rochester City Council, he is continuing his journey on this historic run for office.  There are already dozens of lawn signs up around the City of Rochester.  His videos on social media are getting thousands of views and bringing unprecedented positive reaction.  He is only stopping knocking on doors to talk to people at events such as the Clarissa Street Reunion, the 19th Amendment Celebration, and more.

His campaign is fighting for a public utility, housing, REAL public safety, universal child care, and more.  These are issues that Greens run on and actually fight for when in office.
