Monthly General Membership Meeting (GMM) Working group mission statement: to meet monthly and discuss statewide organizing and coordinating of Green Party members and supporters

1. 11:00 a.m. – Call to order, Consensus procedure, meeting roles, introductions (15 minutes)
2. 11:15 a.m. – Review previous meeting minutes if available (5min)
3. 11:20 a.m. – Amend, approve agenda (10 min)
4. 11:30 a.m. – 12:50pm – 4 Key platform initiatives suggested in December meeting
   1. Water is Life /a human Right (20 min)
   1. Immigration protection (20 min)
   1. Healthcare access / affordability (20 min)
   1. Pushback on Trumps’ promises / deregulation (20 min)
5. 12:50 p.m. Break (10 min)
6. 1:00 p.m. – Other topics to discuss (30 minutes)

We also want to invite you to the Statewide membership meeting February 8, 2025 for our biannual officer elections for the state central committee. The Green Party of Michigan needs ambitious individuals who are passionate about grassroots organization and willing to offer their time and service so Michiganders might have a viable alternative. Committee positions are filled by volunteers like you and are elected by the membership.
