The Hawkins/Walker ticket was 194 votes short of maintaining the Green Party NM ballot line in 2020. The Green Party of New Mexico (GPNM) successfully petitioned and re-qualified as a minor party for 2024. During the 2024 general election, after showing there were more votes than needed to retain ballot access, the elections board now says we are 3 votes short. Somehow the board of elections ̈lost ̈ 9 votes.
