We wanted to share some news from the Green Party of Madison County in Alabama. Last month we did a whole host of Pride events. Our first one being in Decatur Alabama which had its first-ever pride festival we had a table set up and raffled a pride swag kit. 

Our second event was in Huntsville, Alabama at Trans Pride We had a table set up at that event and it went really well with lots of outreach and interest in the Green Party. I have attached some photos from both events.  

We have the following events coming up that we have booked thus far:

• Madison Alabama Street Festival October 7th 2023
• Alabama A&M LGBTQIA+ Resource fair October 11th (pending county meeting approval)
• Veterans Day Parade November(pending date, County Approval, & registration)
