We're looking forward to our upcoming Annual Membership Meeting (AMM). Please register to join us in person Friday evening, June 6 through Sunday, June 8, (or virtually for Saturday and Sunday), and get ready to connect, reflect, and plan for the future together. 

We the People must stand up and fight against the destructive authoritarian onslaught waged by the billionaire class against the People, Planet, and Peace. The Green Party has a vital role to play in the resistance. The Green Party of Florida (GPFL) calls upon our Florida members and friends to join in building the party into an effective instrument in the struggle and together help devise a plan of action for the near future. 

To that end, you should have received an invitation to take our survey of your best ideas for what we can all be doing together to make a difference. The  survey results will lead to a session at the AMM where we invite your continued participation in reducing them to a plan of action. 

If you can, arrive in the afternoon of Friday the 6th. Accommodations are camping style, indoors or out. So bring your gear for sleeping outside, or just sleeping gear (and maybe earplugs) if you prefer the group setting inside in the A/C. Even if you make arrangements to stay off site, come for dinner, socializing, and an informal book recommendation/discussion circle. 

On Saturday the 7th, in addition to strategic planning, we will hear inspiring words from Dr. Jill Stein and Butch Ware, (our GP 2024 Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates, who placed third, both nationally and in FL). Professor Ware is currently running for governor of CA! We will also hear other speakers such as: Akile Anai from the Uhuru movement—on fighting for our civil liberties, and folks from GPUS about how to run for office. 

There will be presentations and workshops on topics such as: Permaculture, Artificial Intelligence, current legislation and more! See the full schedule on gpfl.org.

Sunday the 8th is dedicated to party business and officer elections. Send in your nominations, now!

The weekend will be a great opportunity to network with fellow Greens and friends.
