U.S. invaded Iraq 16 years ago
We Mark the Anniversary of the Iraq Invasion – March 19
Tuesday, March 19, marks the 16th anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Join the Green Party of Brooklyn and our citywide coalition of peace and social justice groups to:
- Oppose endless war and militarism
- Expose the intersection of the Iraq War with other forms of oppression
- Build power and work together
We’ll be reminding people of the damage that has been done in their name, educating people on how it relates to other struggles for social justice, and urging students to refuse further militarization and join us in making a world we want to live in.
Please forward or spread the word on Facebook.
See you Tuesday, March 19 at 12 noon
