As a small, grassroots party, we’re limited. We’re limited in members, money, and materials. It is imperative that to grow and be effective, we need to make the most of the limited capacity facing our chapters.

This workshop will give participants an insight into effective organization and structure that will free up members to focus on what we do best, connecting with our communities around our ten key values. Participants will leave the workshop with materials and resources to bring back to their local chapter.
