The EcoAction Committee of the Green Party of the U.S. held a virtual forum on Earth Day to May Day (EDMD) on Monday, April 11.

Special guests included recent Green Party presidential nominees Howie Hawkins and Jill Stein, along with Ecoaction co-chair Dawn Marie Cronen & Mark Dunlea, and Markie Miller of the Ohio Greens Lake Erie Bill of Rights.

Howie will talk about the ecosocialist Green New Deal, part of the EDMD theme along with rights of nature and real zero emissions. Jill will talk about the Earth Strike 2022 for People, Planet and Peace over Profit.

The forum outlined the key themes for Earth Day to May Day and gave suggestions about how to organize and support such efforts in your community.
