Sisters Rising Documentary

SISTERS RISING is the story of six Native American women fighting to restore personal and tribal sovereignty in the face of ongoing sexual violence against indigenous women in the United States. It’s an urgent call to action, a gorgeous portrait of powerful women acting in solidarity, and a demand for self-determination as the necessary step towards ending violence against Native women.

You are invited to an exclusive screening on Friday, May 7 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm (ET) of the film Sisters Rising. This event is hosted by the Green Party National Women’s Caucus. A suggested donation of $20 will help to cover the costs of the film. Ticket(s) can be purchased at the bottom of the page.

The purpose of this event is to call attention to the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women and Girls.

After you register, you will receive a link to the film and a password before the date of the screening. The film will be available for viewing for up to one week after the screening. For a sliding scale on the donation amount, contact [email protected].
