One of the Green Party's 10 Key Values is Social Justice and Equal Opportunity. As the White House is working to allow employers to terminate workers for sexual orientation and gender identity, Dennis Lambert and other Greens participated in Toledo Pride this past weekend.

Gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, and immigration status have no impact on job performance and discrimination does not help the job market or the economy and it does not make America great.

Dennis Lambert has much experience in the Nonprofit Sector. Through his work, and growing up economically disadvantaged, Dennis has first-hand experience with today's economy that many politicians lack.
