As we approach a brand new year, it’s a good time to look back at the lessons of 2025.

Around the nation, the people spoke up and they said that they wanted real change to the political status-quo. Voters embraced candidates who called for an end to war mongering around the globe, and a more just and fair society at home where fundamentals like housing, food, and healthcare are affordable to all.

But even the most progressive candidates are already coming up against the limitations of serving a party that answers to the billionaire classes who fund them, not the people who are hungry for change.

The Green Party of the United States doesn’t take a penny in SuperPAC money. That’s because our candidates answer to the people, NOT the corporations.

The Green Party stands for the issues that matter most to you – a lasting peace with true freedom for the people of Gaza who are suffering their third year of a U.S.-backed genocide; reversing the terrifying march to climate catastrophe; and economic security with living-wage jobs and affordable housing. That’s why the Green Party Presidential candidate, Dr. Jill Stein, received the strongest vote total of any of the candidates running outside of the duopoly in 2024.
