Our Revolution SEPA Endorses Green for statewide office!
Exciting news!!!
On April 23, Our Revolution's SE PA Chapter endorsed Jules Mermelstein, Green Party nominee for the statewide office of Superior Court Judge.
As an off-year election with low turnout, we have a path to victory. Based on prior results, we believe that only 762,000 votes will be enough for Jules to win one of the 4 seats up for election. We have identified about 1.2 million active voters who would be receptive to our message of electing a man with integrity (21 years of teaching Sunday School) and no party affiliation with the Democrats or Republicans to be judge. In recent years we've seen scandals resulting in the resignations of 3 Supreme Court justices (1 Democrat, 2 Republicans), the imprisonment of 2 Attorneys General (1 from each major party), the imprisonment of 2 judges selling juveniles to a private prison (both Democrats), and the indictment and suspension of the law license of the Philadelphia DA who refuses to resign. Our job now is to get this message out to at least the 1.2 million voters we've identified, preferably more than once. To do that is expensive.
