New Brunswick, NJ – While Seth Kaper-Dale was busy in the past weeks organizing and speaking out against the I.C.E. offensive against our immigrant communities the campaign continued moving forward.
Seth and campaign volunteers engaged thousands of people at the Asian American Heritage Festival at Raritan Center; and at street fairs in Maplewood, Metuchen, Toms River, Woodbridge and more; and Seth participated in two forums with other candidates addressing leader activists on their issues. Seth was also interviewed about his candidacy on the Karen Hunter Show on SiriusXM radio, letting listeners know about policy priorities including NJ Medicare for All, adding tax brackets for the grotesquely rich and forming a NJ public bank to fund development in the Garden State.
On Monday, May 22nd, Seth also filed 1,733 signatures, putting him on the ballot for November with more than twice the required amount!
Over the next few weeks, we will start forming volunteer outreach teams around the state. We will post pictures of focus community members and Seth supporters, highlighting your interests. Send us your selfies and group shots with a sign saying what or who you represent; for example, "LGBTQ for Kaper-Dale!" or "Water is Life--Stop Toxic Pipelines!" We'll share your photos and connect you with the people in your area who share your interests.
Send your photos to [email protected] or call 1-866-SKD-4-GOV to find out more.
Finally, make a contribution of $20 or more to accompany your photo and we'll send you an SKD4GOV t-shirt in the mail!
