Richard Winger Plenary address to the 2022 Green Party Virtual Annual National Meeting

Richard Winger is the publisher and editor of Ballot Access News, a monthly newsletter that began in 1985. BAN covers developments in ballot access law, especially those that affect U.S. minor parties.

In 1985 he and other minor party representatives started the Coalition on Free and Open Elections (COFOE) for coordinated action and mutual support among minor parties around reforming ballot access laws.

For years Mr. Winger has given the Green Party advice and made referrals. He is often consulted by the current GPUS ballot access committee Co-chairs and members.
