FROM CODE PINK

As data centers, only made possible through this warfare, and funded for more warfare, are forced on communities around the country, and anti-war sentiment is more popular than ever, we need to be making the connections between our organizing against war and imperialism, and for a livable planet. Join us in making these local and global connections to build an unstoppable movement for the people and planet.

From the Co‑Chairs

May has been a month of movement on multiple fronts for the Nevada Green Party; legal, organizational, and national. Even in the face of pressure tactics and shifting dynamics across the Green landscape, our chapter continues to stay focused on what matters: building durable democratic infrastructure in Nevada and advancing the nonpartisan referendum initiative that belongs to the people of this state.

Please join us for one of the following events coming up in the next few weeks and see more info below:

From the Co‑Chairs of the Nevada Green Party

April has been a month of sharp global headlines, steady local organizing, and renewed focus on our statewide initiative work. As always, our chapter continues to balance awareness of world events with the grounded, practical work of building democratic access here at home.

This month’s conversations ranged from international tensions to Nevada’s congressional map, from digital outreach strategy to the logistics of signature gathering. Through it all, one theme held steady: clarity, coordination, and community.

Green Party Celebrates International Women’s Day 2026

By Erin King

International Women’s Day (IWD) will be celebrated by Green Party members on Sunday, March 8, this year. The IWD theme for 2026 will be “Give to Gain.” The Green Party National Women’s Caucus says it “will organize and act to advance Women's rights and concerns with the ultimate goals of maximizing...a voter, activist, leadership, candidate and officeholder base of Women, that is reflective of the great diversity of this nation.”

Howdy!  Ramadan Mubarak, Lenten Greetings, etc.!

We hope you’ve had a decent Valentine’s day and an enlightening Black History Month.  We’ve got a quote at the end of this update that combines both, but the nominating conventions start in just over a week!
