Today marks an international day of action for peace in Ukraine. We hope you are able to participate passionately, safely and represent the Green Party well in your local actions. As you can see throughout this edition of GreenLine, Russia's invasion of Ukraine looms large over our party, as it does over much of the world. Times like this demonstrate the necessity of the Green Party and our principled commitment to the pillar of Non-Violence. Our country needs more voices with the conviction to say "Stop the War in Ukraine. Russian Troops Out. No NATO Expansion." We are fighting a political and media power structure that is ghoulishly eager to use Putin's moral transgressions to wash away any US and NATO accountability for their years of reckless and self-serving fueling of this conflict. At this daunting moment we are fortunate to have someone like Matthew Hoh as a candidate for US Senate — a voice for peace who knows the US war machine inside and out — with the moral fiber and credibility to speak necessary truths.
